Representatives of Foreign Countries Invited to Participate in AtomExpo'2014 International Forum
ATOMEXPO'2014, 6th International Forum, will include a plenary session with participation of representatives of international and state organizations, Russian and foreign sectoral companies, leading experts in the sphere of atomic industry.
The main theme of the Plenary Session of the Forum is – "Nuclear Energy as Condition of Energy Sector Stability."
Participants of the business program of the Forum will discuss the future of nuclear power generation in the power industry of the 21st century, and make a detailed analysis of the main challenges, problems and development options on the world energy market.

ATOMEXPO 2014 Sixth International Forum will take place on June 9-11, 2014 in Moscow, in Gostiny Dvor. The Forum is being organized by Rosatom State Corporation. Over its five years of history ATOMEXPO Forum has become one of major international events that discusses the most significant issues of the nuclear energy sector and forms new trends for its development.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Forum was first held in 2009 in Moscow. The anniversary ATOMEXPO'2013, Fifth International Forum was held on June 26-28, 2013 in Mikhailovsky Manege of St. Petersburg, bringing together more than 2000 participants from 42 countries of the world. Round table discussions and panels were attended by some 800 delegates from 275 organizations, who made presentations and reports dedicated to most important topics in the sphere of nuclear energy. For the first time ever the Forum was attended by representatives of Angola, Belgium, Zambia, Yemen, Indonesia, Lebanon and Pakistan. A number of strategically important international agreements were signed at the Forum. One such agreement is an agreement on cooperation in the nuclear sector between Rosatom State Corporation, foreign companies and state bodies of authority. The work of the Forum was actively covered by representatives of Russian and international mass media. A total of 153 exhibitors took part in ATOMEXPO'2013.
